Boys & Girls Clubs of America
Our collaboration with Boys & Girls Clubs helps young people feel connected, supported and empowered to envision futures beyond what they see today. Through strategic funding, employee volunteerism, experiential learning programs and support for community events, we enable Clubs to create safe, welcoming spaces where trusted relationships are formed and youth gain exposure to new skills, careers and possibilities. After School Matters
Our collaboration with After School Matters creates pathways for Chicago’s youth to explore their potential and gain skills that extend far beyond the classroom. Through targeted investment and development workshops with employees that build their professional and personal skills, we help support programs that encourage growth and career discovery. Supporting aviation programs: Tuskegee NEXT and AeroStar Avion Institute
Our support of Tuskegee NEXT and AeroStar Avion Institute helps cultivate the next generation of aviation and STEM leaders by expanding access to education, mentorship and hands-on training through certification programs. Through scholarships and employee engagement such as career panels, airport tours and community aviation days, we strengthen talent pipelines, honor a legacy of excellence and innovation — and empower learners to pursue meaningful careers in aviation and beyond.
